All International orders (deliveries outside the United Kingdom) are sent by 'International Signed For' Airmail Service. 'International Signed For' offers tracking for the UK end of of it's journey only, once reaching the destination country items are not tracked. - IMPORTANT NOTICE- USA ORDERS : Orders to the USA are now taking a minimum of 4 or more working days to delivery, (excluding weekends & public holidays). This is not our fault, delays are due to the US Homeland Defence regulations, ( FDA Prior Notice System) and are beyond our control.
Western Europe: Normally 2 to 5 working days but can take longer.
Eastern Europe: 4 to 10 working days but can take longer.
ZONE 1: Normally 3 - 8 working days but can take longer.
ZONE 2: Normally 4 to 10 working days but can take longer.
NOTE: Delivery by a specific date cannot be guaranteed for any international service, the above are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed, items can on occasion take much longer to arrive.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS:
Orders received before 3pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday are normally shipped same day (UK public Holidays excepted).
Orders received after this time are normally shipped the next working day (UK public Holidays excepted).
Orders received after 3pm on Friday's or over a weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be sent the following Monday (UK public Holidays excepted).
Extra Costs
International consignments over 2kg (4.4lbs) may incur extra shipping costs, these will be notified by email for your acceptance prior to dispatch.
Delays
If there is an undue delay in dispatching your order, you will be notified by email.
DISCLAIMER - Shipping to Hot Countries: Although we automatically use insulated packaging for orders to countries with hot climates, there is no charge for this service and we can only ship Chocolate on the understanding that it is entirely at the purchasers own risk.
