GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICE - A guaranteed delivery service for destinations in the United Kingdom is available at an extra cost of £6.50 per consignment for items weighing up to 2kgs (4.4lbs) subject to the following:
Orders must be received before 3pm GMT/BST Monday to Friday.
Coverage: All areas of Great Britain and Northern Ireland including Islands are covered except for the following post codes: KW16 & 17 (Orkney Islands Area) - PH42 (Eigg, Muck) - PH43 & 44 (Rhumm, Canna) which are 3 working days by 5pm.
Delivery Times: The Guarantee is for delivery the next working day (or any chosen delivery date) in Great Britain and Northern Ireland (including Islands) except for the following post codes: KW16 & 17 (Orkney Islands Area) - PH42 (Islands of Eigg & Muck) - PH43 & 44 (Islands of Rhumm & Canna) which is Guaranteed delivery in 3 working days.
SATURDAY DELIVERIES: In most instances orders received on Friday will be delivered by 1pm Saturday however, the official next working day for guarantee purposes is for delivery the following Monday.
Consignments must be signed for. If no one is available to accept delivery a note will be left with details of where your consignment can be collected.
Compensation: Compensation for late delivery is limited to a full refund of the £6.50 charge, to make a claim please contact us .
