GENERAL NOTES:

SECURITY: We are 'Verified by Visa' and 'Mastercard SecureCode' enabled. Our payment system uses the very latest secure server technology and 128 bit data encryption throughout - this is the same security standard as all major banks and financial institutions. All credit/debit card information and payments for online orders are processed through the Protx Secure Payment Gateway, we do not see or hold your financial information on our systems.

STANDARD DELIVERY (FREE): Not a guaranteed service, but usually delivers within 2 days, including Saturdays*.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY (UK only): 2 options available: 'Before 1pm', £5.00. 'Before 9am' £13.00, Mon - Fri*, select during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: From £6.00, cost calculated during checkout.

CHRISTMAS ORDERS DESPATCH:  

• Guaranteed Delivery: In the 14 days before Christmas, Guaranteed next day delivery orders  will be despatched same day if made before 2pm, Mon - Fri*. 

• Standard (Free) Delivery: Unless we are specifically requested to despatch earlier, in order to preserve freshness, early Christmas orders will be kept back and sent in the 10 days preceding Christmas.  Non Christmas orders will be despatched within 1-2 days.

* Excludes weekends & UK public holidays.

ORDER NO/RECEIPT: An email confirmation/receipt containing your order no is sent for every order, please quote this in any correspondence, if you don't receive one please contact us for a copy. 

MULTIPLE DELIVERY ADDRESSES: For delivery to more than one address, a separate order will need to be made for each address. Alternatively, make a single order for all items and, quoting your order no, email us a list of addresses and messages to be sent. Note: With International delivery or UK guaranteed delivery, the charges shown in our shopping cart are for delivery to a single address and additional charges may apply, these will be notified for approval prior to shipping.

DISCOUNTS: Volume discounts are automatically deducted by the cart for orders over £100.

VOUCHERS: Discount and Gift Vouchers vouchers can be redeemed by entering the voucher code into the 'VOUCHERS' or 'GIFT VOUCHER' boxes on the first page of checkout.

PAYMENT: All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling. We accept payment by UK Bank Cheque or Credit/Debit Card, e.g. MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express etc.

STATEMENT: We do not re-sell or 're-package' Belgian, (or anyone else's) chocolates. All our chocolates and fillings are handmade by ourselves, to our own recipes using the finest ingredients here at America Farm in the UK. All our chocolates are hand filled, hand dipped and hand decorated, we do not use machinery except that which is necessary to melt and temper chocolate, and we do not use 'bought in' ready made fillings of any description. 

WEIGHTS: Because our truffles are handmade, weights can vary, therefore all chocolates are sold by volume and weights shown are approximate and for guidance only.
