Origin Dark
Chocolate Eggs, (Sunflower or Picasso design)... Our sumptuously rich, 80%
cocoa dark chocolate is made from single origin Forastero & Trinitario beans, grown at unusually high altitude in the highlands of Uganda. This sophisticated, ebony coloured chocolate offers a wonderfully
intense and earthy cocoa hit with hints of smoke and surprisingly little
bitterness for the exceptionally high cacao content, this is definitely one for the connoisseur....
Rain
Forest Alliance Single Origin Milk
Chocolate (Sunflower design only)... Containing 51% cocoa (up
from 43% last year), this sumptuously smooth, creamy milk chocolate is made from single origin
'Rain Forest Alliance' Trinitario beans from
Costa Rica. A subtle roasted cocoa aroma, a lingering silky fruity creaminess
in the mouth and a hint of olives, cloves and wood on the palate make this a
chocolate to die for.

Origin Milk Chocolate (Picasso design only)... Containing
43% cacao, this smooth creamy milk chocolate with strong roasted
cacao flavours with hints of Vanilla & caramel, is made from Trinitario,
Forastero and Criollo cacao beans grown in Venezuela.

Bean Criollo, White
Chocolate, (Sunflower design only).. Criollo
is the acknowleged 'King of Cacao's' and our white chocolate is made
from 100% natural Criollo cacao butter, which retains the full natural flavours and
aroma of the cacao bean, with nothing added or taken away, so it actually
tastes of chocolate. Ivory
coloured and velvety smooth and
creamy, it's made with 30% un-deodorised* cocoa
butter, exclusively from Caranero Superior cacao beans. Caranero Superior are a variety
of Criollo cacao bean grown in the Caranero
region of Venezuela and is acknowledged as among the finest in the world. *Note: White chocolate is normally made using
deodorised cacao butter, meaning that it has had all cacao flavours and
aroma removed leaving an odorless tasteless fat, white chocolate made with
this will taste of only of sugar and vanilla.

Cocoa Nibs are roasted cocoa
beans that have been crushed, husked and winnowed, the result is lovely crunchy bits of
roasted cocoa bean,
which are delicious when added to chocolate. NOTE: This is a natural product and occasionally a bit
of the husk slips through, although a bit, tough it's completely harmless.
